Romeo Is Bleeding occurs as 1994 darkly comic police force story starring Lena Olin and Gary Oldman. A film's title was taken from either the Tom Waits song. Olman plays the bad bull on the choose whos actions eventually catch higher by using him. Olin is Monthe, a homicidal Russian hit woman.
